Whether you're looking to refresh your existing landscape or start from scratch, we’ll collaborate with you remotely to develop a design tailored to your property, lifestyle, and vision.

CONSULTATION
We begin our process with a comprehensive consultation, conducted either virtually or in person, depending on your location. Our expert landscape designer will assess the existing layout, discuss your vision, budget, and any particular requirements you may have. We'll take the time to understand your lifestyle and preferences to create a design that aligns perfectly with your aesthetic and functional goals.
DESIGN
Following a signed proposal, our team will create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) rendering of your entire property. The design will encompass all areas, including the front yard, backyard, and any additional outdoor spaces like side yards or courtyards. The CAD design will showcase the layout of different elements, hardscaping features, softscapes, and any special focal points you desire. This design allows you to visualize how the whole property will come together as a cohesive unit.
REFERRAL
If do not have a preferred contactor for the installation phase, we can connect you with one from our network of reputable landscape professionals. We work closely with these contractors to ensure that the design is implemented seamlessly.

Works

Inquiry
To begin your landscape design journey, complete our Landscape Design Questionnaire. This
form helps us understand your goals, property, and budget. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll contact you to schedule a virtual consultation.

Draft Design Review
In this phase, you’ll join a 1-hour video call to review the initial design plan. This will include layout concepts and plant material recommendations, a digital copy of the design and guide to understanding your design.

Consultation
Join us for a 1-hour video call where we will discuss your vision and style preference, review your questionnaire responses and conduct a virtual site analysis using aerial footage and the
information provided in the questionnaire.

Revisions
Using your feedback from the Draft Design Review meeting and the Design Evaluation Form, we will refine the design and deliver a polished draft suitable for your approval and, if applicable, your HOA’s approval.

Final Design
Congratulations! You’ll receive your completed design package, which includes:
